Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2, 2026

Spark RE Analytics ("Spark," "we," "us") provides real estate analytics tools through our website and mobile applications. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our web dashboard, mobile apps, and related services.

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in, we receive information from your identity provider (Google or Microsoft), such as your name and email address. We store a profile linked to your account, which may include your name, email, organization, role, and access permissions for property groups you are allowed to view.

Service usage. When you use the dashboard or mobile apps, we process data needed to show analytics and reports you are authorized to access (for example, property and portfolio information provided for your organization).

Feedback. If you submit feedback through the app, we store the text you send and associate it with your account so we can respond or improve our services.

Technical information. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to remember basic interface preferences (such as sidebar layout). We may collect limited performance data to help us keep the service reliable.

How we use information

  • Authenticate you and secure access to your account
  • Provide analytics, reports, and features you are permitted to use
  • Manage permissions for your organization and property groups
  • Respond to feedback and support requests
  • Operate, maintain, and improve our website and mobile apps
  • Comply with law and protect the security of our services

We do not sell your personal information.

Sign-in providers and service providers

We work with trusted providers to run our services, including:

  • Supabase — authentication and data storage
  • Google — optional sign-in and fonts used on our website
  • Microsoft — optional sign-in; some features may display content from Microsoft SharePoint when your organization enables them
  • Vercel — website hosting and basic performance insights

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. Your sign-in provider (Google or Microsoft) also processes information according to its policies when you choose that sign-in method.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We also use a preference cookie to remember sidebar settings. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work if you disable session cookies.

Data retention and security

We keep account and service data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can sign out at any time. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us using the information below. You may also manage some information through your Google or Microsoft account settings when you use those providers to sign in.

Business customers

Many users access Spark on behalf of a property owner or operator. In those cases, your organization controls much of the business data shown in the product. Questions about that data may also need to be directed to your employer or client.

Children

Our services are intended for business use and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
